Terms and Conditions

Eligibility :

  •  I confirm that I am a Non-Resident Tamil living abroad and have duly registered with the Non Resident Tamils Welfare Board, and obtained an NRT ID Card.

Premium Payment :

  •  I understand that the premium for the medical insurance coverage is payable in full at the time of enrollment.
  •  I acknowledge that the premium amount is non-refundable.

Cancellation and refunds :

  •  I understand that the premium amount once paid, cannot be cancelled.
  •  I understand that the premium amount once paid, cannot be refunded

Coverage Period :

  •  I am aware that the medical insurance coverage is provided for a period of three years from the date of enrollment. I understand that it can be renewed based on additional payments, after the expiry of three years.

Coverage Benefits :

  •  I have reviewed and understood the coverage benefits as outlined.

Exclusions :

  •  I acknowledge that certain pre-existing conditions may be excluded from coverage.

Claim Process :

  •  I agree to submit any claims within the stipulated timeframe as required. I understand that valid documentation supporting the claim must be provided for timely processing.

Renewal :

  •  I acknowledge that the policy may be renewed upon completion of the three-year coverage period. I understand that renewal premiums must be paid within the specified timeframe to ensure continuous coverage.

  •  I acknowledge that the Government of Tamil Nadu reserves the right to cancel the policy under certain circumstances.

Governing Law :

  •  I agree that the terms and conditions of the medical insurance scheme are governed by the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu.

  •  நான் அயலகத் தமிழர் என்பதையும், அயலகத் தமிழர்கள் நல வாரியத்தில் முறையாகப் பதிவு செய்து, NRT அடையாள அட்டையைப் பெற்றுள்ளேன் என்பதையும் உறுதிப்படுத்துகிறேன்.

பிரீமியம் செலுத்துதல் :

  •  மருத்துவக் காப்பீட்டுத் தொகைக்கான பிரீமியம் பதிவு செய்யும் நேரத்தில் முழுமையாகச் செலுத்தப்படும் என்பதை நான் புரிந்துகொள்கிறேன்.
  •  பிரீமியம் தொகை திரும்பப் பெறப்படாது என்பதை ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன்.

ரத்துசெய்தல் மற்றும் பணத்தைத் திரும்பப்பெறுதல் :

  •  ஒரு முறை செலுத்திய பிரீமியம் தொகையை ரத்து செய்ய முடியாது என்பதை புரிந்துகொள்கிறேன்.

காப்பீடு காலம் :

  •  பதிவு செய்த நாளிலிருந்து மூன்றாண்டுகளுக்கு மருத்துவக் காப்பீட்டுத் தொகை வழங்கப்படும் என்பதை நான் அறிவேன். மூன்று வருடங்கள் காலாவதியான பிறகு, கூடுதல் கொடுப்பனவுகளின் அடிப்படையில் அதைப் புதுப்பிக்க முடியும் என்பதை நான் புரிந்துகொள்கிறேன்.

காப்பீடு நன்மைகள் :

  •  காப்பீடு பலன்களை மதிப்பாய்வு செய்து புரிந்து கொண்டேன்.

விலக்குகள் :

  •  ஏற்கனவே இருக்கும் சில நிபந்தனைகள் காப்பீடிலிருந்து விலக்கப்படலாம் என்பதை நான் ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன்.

உரிமைகோரல் செயல்முறை :

  •  தேவைக்கேற்ப குறிப்பிட்ட காலக்கெடுவுக்குள் ஏதேனும் கோரிக்கைகளை சமர்ப்பிக்க ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன்.
  •  உரிமைகோரலை ஆதரிக்கும் சரியான ஆவணங்கள் சரியான நேரத்தில் செயலாக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்பதை நான் புரிந்துகொள்கிறேன்.

புதுப்பித்தல் :

  •  மூன்று வருட காப்பீடு காலம் முடிந்தவுடன் திட்டம் புதுப்பிக்கப்படலாம் என்பதை ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன்.
  •  தொடர்ச்சியாக காப்பீட்டின் நன்மைகளை பெற குறிப்பிட்ட காலக்கெடுவுக்குள் புதுப்பித்தல் பிரீமியங்கள் செலுத்தப்பட வேண்டும் என்பதை நான் புரிந்துகொள்கிறேன்.

ரத்து :

  •  சில சூழ்நிலைகளில் கொள்கையை ரத்து செய்யும் உரிமை தமிழ்நாடு அரசுக்கு உள்ளது என்பதை ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன்.

  •  மருத்துவக் காப்பீட்டுத் திட்டத்தின் விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகள் தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் சட்டங்களால் நிர்வகிக்கப்படுகிறது என்பதை ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன்.

தொடர்பு தகவல் :

  •  ஏதேனும் விசாரணைகள் அல்லது உதவிகளுக்கு, நியமிக்கப்பட்ட அரசு அலுவலகம் அல்லது காப்பீட்டு வழங்குநரைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ளலாம் என்பதை நான் புரிந்துகொள்கிறேன்.

Welcome to Commissionerate of Rehabilitation and Welfare of Non-Resident Tamils. By booking a stall for World Tamil diaspora day 2026 through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Stall Booking

  • Stall bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

  • Allocation of stalls will be done by Commissionerate of Rehabilitation and Welfare of Non-Resident Tamils and its event partner based on availability and event requirements.

  • The company reserves the right to modify stall locations or layouts if necessary.

2. Usage of Stall

  • The stall shall be used solely for the purpose agreed upon during booking.

  • Any activity that violates local laws or event regulations is strictly prohibited.

  • The stallholder is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety in the allocated area.

3. Payments

  • All payments must be made through authorized channels provided by Commissionerate of Rehabilitation and Welfare of Non-Resident Tamils.

  • Prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds and cancellations are strictly not allowed under any circumstances once the booking is confirmed.

  • Failure to attend the event or occupy the stall will not entitle the stallholder to any refund or adjustment.

5. Liability

  • Commissionerate of Rehabilitation and Welfare of Non-Resident Tamils shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring at the stall or event premises.

  • Stallholders are encouraged to arrange their own insurance coverage if necessary.

6. Modification of Terms

  • Commissionerate of Rehabilitation and Welfare of Non-Resident Tamil reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

III.Refund Policy

Last Updated: 31.10.2025

All payments made towards stall booking are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including non-participation, cancellation by the participant, or changes in event schedule.

In the rare event of cancellation by The Commissionerate of Rehabilitation and Welfare of Non-Resident Tamils due to unavoidable circumstances, the company will communicate alternative arrangements or credits, at its sole discretion.

IV.Cancellation Policy

Once the stall booking is confirmed and payment is received, cancellation is not permitted. No refund, credit, or transfer of booking will be entertained in case of participant’s inability to attend the event.

If the event itself is cancelled by Commissionerate of Rehabilitation and Welfare of Non-Resident Tamils, the company will notify all stallholders and provide an appropriate resolution as deemed fit.
