As per the Government advise during covid-19, all students studying or secured admission for higher studies abroad, need Norka registration for various purposes. Hence Launched Norka Student ID card.

The Card holders are eligible for the same Insurance coverage of Pravasi ID Card.

Apply Now

  1. Should have completed 18 years of age

  2. You should be a Pravasi residing or working abroad with a valid passport and visa for at least 6 months.

  3. Students who are already abroad.

Three years and can be renewed

  1. Students (Age limit between 18 to 60 yrs) Enrolment Fee Rs. 180/- for 1 year

  2. Rs.10 Lakhs for Accidental Death/Permanent Disability (only Insured person).

  3. In case of accidental death/permanent disability, one-way Economy Air ticket along with one attendant.

  4. Up to Rs. 1 Lakh for Medical expenses of injuries or sickness.

  5. In case of non-continuation of studies due to sickness/accidental injury, one-way Economy Air ticket along with one attendant.
