2. Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information while making a transaction.
3. Once a payment is successfully completed, confirmation will be sent to the registered email.
4. Payments made are non-transferable and can only be used for the intended NRT ID Card
5. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed and may take 3–5 business days to reflect in the customer's account.
6. In case of payment failure, the amount will be refunded as per their standard processing timelines.
7. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of our policies.
