Terms & Conditions

Stalls are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis after full payment.
Participants must adhere to event decor, safety, and cleanliness rules.
Subletting stalls is not allowed without prior permission.
Additional requirements must be communicated 2 weeks before the event.
Organizers reserve the right to relocate stalls if operationally required.
Cancellations allowed up to 15 days before the event (processing fee applies).
